"Devious strategy" Seminar
Master's degree - may 2020
The Transversal Seminar was designed to put to the test my historical, technical, analytical and methodological knowledge acquired during my first year of my Master's degree. It was a life-size role-playing game that took place over one week thanks to TEAMS and Facebook. The scenario was fictitious, but was perfectly in line with reality: national, international, political, economic and social news. In addition, a fictitious press was continuously relaying information.
I played the role of the Representative of the Lombardy-Venetian Regional Coordination invited to the preparatory summit for an international crisis summit for the "future of Europe". During that week I had to put myself in the shoes of a diplomat in order to obtain appointments with the various delegations, write diplomatic communiqués, manage the press and participate in the daily plenary sessions.
European governance
Master's degree - link
In the European Governance course, our assessment consisted of a dossier and an oral presentation. With 2 other students, we represented the WWF France association in front of our professor who played the role of the President of the European Commission of Transport and Tourism. We had to convince her to tighten the legislation concerning the welfare of dairy cows.
Universitary semester in Glasgow
Bachelor's degree
During my undergraduate degree, I spent a semester at Stratchylde University in Glasgow, Scotland. I chose to take a Spanish course in order not to lose my language level. I took a course in Scottish literature which allowed me to become more familiar with the country's past, its culture but above all its language. Finally, my course in British governance was very enriching because it was from a Scottish point of view.
Outside of classes, my semester abroad allowed me to get to know myself better and to discover my ability to adapt very quickly.
Humanitarian action in Burkina Faso
High School - link
During my high school years, I volunteered to go and live an incredible experience in Burkina Faso. Before the trip, it was a year of preparation to reduce the cost of the trip or to collect funds, books, clothes. Once there, we visited different cities, met incredible people, went to schools, maternity wards, participated in millet harvests in the fields. I had the chance to take part in a Safari, where I saw for the first time free elephants in their natural environment.
